Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my order?
Each garment, pair or shoes, backpack and even a shower curtain is created specifically for each customer's unique order. Nothing is "stocked" and everything is printed on demand. Most individual shirts are printed within 5-7 business days (Orders for Organizations require additional time due to typically larger order sizes), but many of our products like some of our skirts, leggings, socks, backpacks are actually printed, cut and sewn for each order and can take up to 10-14 days to manufacture for you plus shipping times.

How are your t-shirts printed?
Each apparel item is printed especially for you once you place an order.
Most of our shirts and apparel items are created using what is known as "direct to garment printing" in the industry. This process involves applying a pretreatment to the fabric before placing the apparel item into a special printer. The pretreatment helps ensure the "paint" sinks deeper into the fibers of the material and allows them to last longer than most heat transfer designs which just sit on top of the fabric. The pretreatment will often make the shirt fabric feel starched once it dries. So, please be sure to wash your shirts before wearing them to remove the pretreatment and any remaining residue that was applied to them during the printing process. This will help ensure they feel as soft as intended!
Other products like skirts and leggings and created using a different technique called sublimation printing. These special inks turn into gas and combine with polyester textiles under heat. In these products, the ink actually becomes part of the structure of the fibers and the images on the fabric won't fade or crack after multiple washes. They are durable to say the least!
How should I care for my new apparel?
We recommend that you wash all of your garments in cold water and line dry. This is the best way to ensure the longevity of your new prints regardless of where you have purchased them!
What’s that smell?
As a result of the special pretreatment process that allows us to print directly on fabric, you may find that your t-shirt has a strange odor. It's okay. Don't freak out. It is caused by the extra residue and ink used to create the design. Simply wash your new shirt in cold water and hang it to dry. Of course, it should go without saying, always wash new apparel items regardless of where you purchase them or the method used to produce them!
Can you print any design on a shirt for my Theatre Organization?
For the most part, yes! However, please keep in mind that we are using special processes and printers to "print" on fabric and the fibers have texture and present their own unique set of challenges.
For the best results, try to avoid designs that are small or contain a lot of fine details since those details will be lost when printing on fabric. Remember, we aren't using laser printers on paper over here! Similarly, try to avoid large areas of the design that are a solid color (other than white). As a result of the unique printing process, you may notice slight color variances or striping/banding across the printed shirt if a solid color covers a large area of it.
